PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) bearings are advanced axial and radial bearing systems used in positive displacement motors, rotary steerable tools, and turbines operating in extreme drilling conditions. Constructed from sintered diamond layers bonded to carbide or steel substrates, PDC bearings deliver exceptional hardness, low wear rates, and minimal friction—making them ideal for high-speed rotation and heavy axial loading.

PDC bearings are widely applied in directional drilling motors (PDMs), downhole turbines, measurement-while-drilling (MWD) tools, and other rotating systems in the oil & gas industry.
