Tungsten carbide nozzles are high-performance components used for directing high-speed media—liquid, gas, or abrasive particles—through controlled orifices. Manufactured from sintered WC-Co alloys, these nozzles deliver exceptional hardness (HRA ≥ 90), superior erosion resistance, and precise flow geometry. Retop produces standard and custom-shaped nozzles including straight bore, venturi, conical, and multi-hole types, with various thread configurations (NPT, BSPT, Metric) for easy system integration.

Carbide nozzles are widely used in abrasive blasting machines, mining slurry systems, oilfield mud spraying, concrete pumping, fertilizer injection, high-pressure washers, and descaling operations.
