\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6750\u6599\u5373\u4f7f\u5b58\u5728\u5fae\u89c2\u88c2\u7eb9\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u62b5\u6297\u707e\u96be\u6027\u5931\u6548\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-end=\"1031\">\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6750\u6599\u662f\u5b8c\u7f8e\u65e0\u7455\u7684\u2014\u2014\u7531\u4e8e\u52a0\u5de5\u3001\u75b2\u52b3\u6216\u6750\u6599\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u7ecf\u5e38\u5b58\u5728\u5fae\u88c2\u7eb9\u3001\u7a7a\u9699\u6216\u5939\u6742\u7269\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6750\u6599\u7684\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7f3a\u9677\u4f1a\u5728\u5e94\u529b\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\u6269\u5c55\uff0c\u8fc5\u901f\u5bfc\u81f4\u8106\u6027\u65ad\u88c2\u3002<\/p><p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1117\">\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u6210\u4e3a\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u5173\u952e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53c2\u6570\uff1a<\/p><ul data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1248\"><li data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1142\"><p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1142\">\u51b2\u51fb\u6216\u632f\u52a8<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1143\" src=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/The-Role-of-Fracture-Toughness-in-Tungsten-Carbide.png\" \/><\/p><p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1506\">\u78b3\u5316\u94a8 (WC) \u4e0e\u94b4 (Co) \u7b49\u91d1\u5c5e\u7c98\u5408\u5242\u7ed3\u5408\u540e\uff0c\u4f1a\u5f62\u6210\u786c\u8d28\u5408\u91d1\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u79cd\u7528\u4e8e\u5236\u9020 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/tungsten-carbide-cutting-tools\/\">\u5207\u524a\u5de5\u5177<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/tungsten-carbide-tools-for-mining-and-construction\/\">\u91c7\u77ff\u9550<\/a>\uff0c\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/wear-parts-and-specialty-components\/\">\u78e8\u635f\u4ef6<\/a>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1752\">\u7136\u800c\uff0cWC \u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u8f83\u8106\uff0c\u5176\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u4f4e\u4e8e\u91d1\u5c5e\u6216\u805a\u5408\u7269\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97 K\u2081c \u6210\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u78b3\u5316\u94a8\u5200\u5177\u65f6\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u6027\u80fd\u6307\u6807\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u52a8\u6001\u6216\u51b2\u51fb\u8f7d\u8377\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u3002<\/p><p data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1823\">\u786c\u8d28\u5408\u91d1\u7684\u5178\u578b\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u503c\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1906\"><p data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1906\">6 \u2013 15 MPa\u00b7\u221am\uff0c\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/understanding-grain-size-in-tungsten-carbide-tools\/\">\u7c92\u5ea6<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/binder-material-in-the-tungsten-carbide-industry-an-explanatory-overview\/\">\u7c98\u5408\u5242\u542b\u91cf<\/a>\uff0c \u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/microstructure-analysis-in-the-tungsten-carbide-industry-an-explanatory-overview\/\">\u5fae\u89c2\u7ed3\u6784<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-end=\"1973\"><strong>\u5f71\u54cd\u786c\u8d28\u5408\u91d1\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u7684\u56e0\u7d20<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2050\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Factors-Affecting-Fracture-Toughness-in-Cemented-Carbide.png\" \/><\/p><p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2050\">\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\u5f71\u54cd\u78b3\u5316\u94a8\u5200\u5177\u7684\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\uff1a<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2087\"><strong>1. \u94b4\u7c98\u5408\u5242\u542b\u91cf<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2185\">\u94b4\u542b\u91cf\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u786c\u5ea6\u4e5f\u4f1a\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/p><ul Co\uff09\u786c\u5ea6\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46K\u2081c\u8f83\u4f4e<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2330\"><strong>2. WC\u7684\u7c92\u5ea6<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2461\">\u7ec6\u6676\u7c92\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u7a0d\u7c97\u7684\u6676\u7c92\u6709\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u9632\u6b62\u5fae\u88c2\u7eb9\u805a\u7ed3\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8 K\u2081c\u3002<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2501\"><strong>3. \u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u548c\u6291\u5236\u5242<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2605\">\u6dfb\u52a0 Cr\u2083C\u2082 \u6216 VC \u7b49\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u53ef\u6539\u5584 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/toughness-in-the-tungsten-carbide-industry-a-comprehensive-definition\/\">\u97e7\u6027<\/a> \u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/understanding-sintering-temperature-in-the-tungsten-carbide-industry-an-explanatory-overview\/\">\u70e7\u7ed3<\/a> \u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u6297\u65ad\u88c2\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2641\"><strong>4. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retopz.com\/zh\/porosity-in-the-tungsten-carbide-industry-an-explanatory-overview\/\">\u5b54\u9699\u7387<\/a> \u548c\u7f3a\u9677<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2749\">\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u9699\u4f1a\u964d\u4f4e\u65ad\u88c2\u97e7\u6027\u3002\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u70e7\u7ed3\u548c\u6e05\u6d01\u7c89\u672b\u51b6\u91d1\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2793\">5. <strong data-start=\"2759\" data-end=\"2791\">\u6d82\u5c42\uff08\u5982 TiAlN \u6216 DLC\uff09<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2886\">\u867d\u7136\u6d82\u5c42\u4e0d\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd K\u2081c\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u5de5\u5177\u8868\u9762\u88c2\u7eb9\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
